Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Tech-Orion Kitchen & Bath Solutions website and request a free quote visit. The service is operated by Tech-Orion Inc. ("we", "us"). By submitting a request you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

We connect homeowners with local, independent kitchen and bathroom contractors. We schedule a free, no-obligation quote visit. We are not a contractor, we do not perform renovation work, and we do not guarantee any price, timeline, or outcome.

2. Free quote visit, no obligation

Requesting a visit and receiving a quote is free. You are under no obligation to hire the contractor who visits, or anyone else. Any agreement for work is solely between you and that contractor.

3. Independent contractors

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. They are responsible for their own licences, insurance, permits, quotes and workmanship. Please confirm licensing, insurance and references before hiring. We are not responsible for the work, advice, or conduct of any contractor.

4. Your information and consent

You agree to provide accurate information and to be available at the time you book. By submitting a request you authorize us to share your details with the assigned contractor as described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive messages about your request and appointment. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote.

5. Rescheduling and cancelling

If you need to change or cancel your visit, please let the contractor or us know as early as possible, using the confirmation message or by contacting support@tech-orion.com.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false or fraudulent requests, interfere with the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from work performed by a contractor. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
